The Branson School District is located in the heart of a bustling and thriving tourist community. The district’s boundaries encompass 111 square miles that bring in over 4,200 students. Branson is a tourist destination for millions each year who are drawn to our pristine lakes, versatile entertainment venues and abundant shopping opportunities.

The district maintains four campuses that provide exceptional facilities for our students in grades K-12. Grades K-4 are situated on the Cedar Ridge Campus; grades 5-6 are located in the Intermediate Elementary on Buchanan Road; grades 7-8 are housed on the Junior High Campus near the Bee Creek interchange; and the High School is on Buchanan Road and across the street from the Intermediate.

Student enrollment continues to experience an increase of 2-6% each year making Branson one of the fastest growing districts in southwest Missouri. The Branson School District is a progressive district that provides an academic climate designed to benefit all students. A solid curriculum – coupled with a well-rounded activities program – prepares our students for a lifetime of learning.

The Branson School District has been named a recipient of the Distinction in Performance Award for the 2008-2009 school year by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. The award was earned for academic progress and achievement. This is the fourth consecutive year that Branson has earned the Distinction Award.
