:Speech and Language with Mrs. Bacon

    Mrs. Bacon will be starting her 13th year of working as a speech-language pathologist (SLP) in the schools at the beginning of the 2011-2012 school year.  She earned her bachelor’s degree for speech, language and hearing sciences and master’s degree for speech-language pathology while attending Minnesota State University- Moorhead in Moorhead, Minnesota.  After graduating, Mrs. Bacon spent the first 6 years of her career working for District 279, Osseo Area Schools in the suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota.  She has worked for the past 6 years and continues to work at Branson R-IV Schools, specifically with 2nd, 3rd, and 4th graders.  Recently Mrs. Bacon completed the training to become an In-District Autism Consultant for the Branson School District.  Mrs. Bacon currently lives in Branson with her husband and two daughters.
